Progress update on the Boss Raid Round 2 (Levels 51-52) Incident.
Incident: There was an abnormal display of the boss HP during Boss Raid Round 2 (Level 51-52), with a 30-minute delay in displaying the correct health status after the boss had been defeated by players.
Investigation results: Upon receiving feedback from players, a prompt investigation was conducted by the technical team. It was discovered that due to a large number of player requests and high server load, one of the servers experienced a delay in processing the attack results, resulting in delayed display of attack results and affecting player experience.
We take full responsibility for the technical issues in Boss Raid and apologize to all affected players and the community. As compensation, the team will buy back 1,000,000 BNX from the secondary market and add it to the final prize pool for this round of the game.
The game team will also adjust the Boss Raid game mechanics to strengthen the restrictions on abnormal player behavior, such as script players, and maximize protection of the interests of regular players, enhancing the fairness and balance of the game.
